  • Event Blocks: Reservations made under event blocks may be subject to different terms as outlined in the event contract.

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
  • Confirmation: Guests will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

7. Force Majeure
